The Ultimate Australian Cake & Cookie
​Decorating Compettition! 


​The Ultimate Australian Cake and Cookie Decorating Competion at the show is the largest competiton in the Southern Hemisphere. It's bigger than the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Melbourne Show and the Brisbane Ekka. Everyone is invited to enter, regardless of where in Australia or the world you live, or your skill level 

This competition differs from other competitions in Australia as it focuses on your personal growth rather than competing with others. It's a serious competition, however it's designed to instal confidence, motivate you, help you learn, and to grow. Rather than aiming for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, the competitors' objective is to receive a gold, silver or bronze certificate. Each year they strive to achieve a higher level. All we ask is that you do your personal best, be creative and have fun.

To encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone, we will be rewarding you. When you deliver your exhibit you will receive a complimentary 3 day pass to International Cake Show Australia, valued at $75. Every competitor will also receive a goody bag, filled with trending industry product. If that's not enough to entice you, there is approximately $25,000 in prize money up for grabs, as well as amazing product prizes.

ABOUT THE SHOW & ACADA

International Cake Show Australia is the largest show of it's nature in the Southern Hemisphere. However it isn't owned by a big business. It's owned and operated by an incorporated not-for-profit community based association, the Australian Cake Artists & Decorators Association Inc (ACADA). The show is owned by it's members. The majority of Cake & Cookie Artists teaching and demonstrating at the show, are ACADA members. 

Most of the talent team working at the show are home based bakers and decorators. They  volunteer their time to showcase the amazing skills within our industry,  not only within Australia but worldwide! ACADA's objective is to inspire you to learn, create and grow. ICSA Cake Show is held as a not for profit community service.
