It's Australia's largest cake, cookie and sugarcraft competition.
It's where sugarcraft enthusiasts from all parts of Australia (and across the world) come together to be creative and to test their boundaries.
There's exciting classes for every interest and experience level, including students, beginners and hobby cake and cookie decorators, to professional sugar artists, chocolatiers, pastry chefs or those at Masters Level. There's even a team challenge for Schools or Colleges to enter!
There's $25,000 in prize money and amazing product prizes up for grabs!

Who Can Enter?
Entry is open to EVERYONE, regardless of where you live.
It's so exciting people travel from all across Australia and 28 different countries to enter.
Every competitor receives a complimentary goody bag packed full of trending decorating products. You'll also receive a complimentary 3 day-pass to Interanational Cake Show Australia (Valued at $75), you'll be so inspired!

"Congratulations for entering the Ultimate Australian Cake & Cookie Decorating Competition. ACADA's International Cake Show Australia is the largest show of it's type in Australia, the competition is Australia's biggest and of an international standard.
We're really proud that you are entering. This competition is about encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone, challenging yourself and giving it a go. It's all about competing against yourself, learning, growing and having fun!.
The entries you see in the competition (and at the show) will motivate and inspire you. They'll make you hungry to learn more! We have a world class team of judges, who judge at international cake competitions around the world. Their comments have one purpose, that is to help you grow.
If you've not competed previously, please don't worry. Our Chief Steward, and her friendly team are here to assist you and make you feel at ease. Please read the competition schedule and rules carefully. Some rules have recently changed to ensure they are of an international standard and also to reflect the changes
within our industry over time. I've put together some hints, tips and advice that I hope will help you.
