Competitors don't need to buy a show ticket, when you drop off your entry you'll receive a complimentary 3 day pass. It's valued at $75.

How Do You Enter?
It's a quick and easy online process. All you need to do is follow three simple steps!
Step 1.
Download your copy of the 2025 competition schedule and rules here (print in black and white to save ink).

Step 2.
Choose the class or classes you want to enter. This is the hardest part. They've all been designed to excite and inspire you!

Step 3.
Register and pay your entry fee online. Remember to register early so you have plenty of time to design and create.

Special Class 1 - Battle of the sugar Giants: 5pm Monday 30th September 2024*
All Other Classes: 5pm Friday 28th March, 2025
Entry Delivery Time - 3pm to 8pm Wednesday 9th April 2025
Judging Time - 9am to 4pm Thursday 10th April 2025
Entry Collection Time - 4pm to 5pm Sunday 13th April 2025
*Due to the very high number of competitors who have expressed interest in entering Special Class 1 (Battle of the Sugar Giants) we've needed to close entry registration for this class early so we can finalise the International Cake Show Australia Floor Plan. If you wish to enter this category you are required to register early. No late entries for this class will be accepted.

"Congratulations for entering the Ultimate Australian Cake & Cookie Decorating Competition. ACADA's International Cake Show Australia is the largest show of it's type in Australia, the competition is Australia's biggest and of an international standard.
We're really proud that you are entering. This competition is about encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone, challenging yourself and giving it a go. It's all about competing against yourself, learning, growing and having fun!.
The entries you see in the competition (and at the show) will motivate and inspire you. They'll make you hungry to learn more! We have a world class team of judges, who judge at international cake competitions around the world. Their comments have one purpose, that is to help you grow.
If you've not competed previously, please don't worry. Our Chief Steward, and her friendly team are here to assist you and make you feel at ease. Please read the competition schedule and rules carefully. Some rules have recently changed to ensure they are of an international standard and also to reflect the changes
within our industry over time. I've put together some hints, tips and advice that I hope will help you.
