ICSA is the only huge show of it's nature within Australia that is tailor designed solely for the Baking, Cake and Cookie Decorating Industries. You won't find cheese, beer or wine vendors at ICSA. It attracts high volume consumers from YOUR SPECIFIC target market.
This is your opportunity to build relationships, promote your brand and products, and to sell huge volumes to a carefully targeted 10,000+ audience of home based and professional bakers, pastry chefs, sweet makers, and decorators. They come to the show from all parts of Australia (and from around the world) equipped with their shopping trollies, expecting to buy. They don't come to buy cheese, wine or beer or to listen to rock music, they come specifically to learn about the latest trends and to stock up big.

To be fair to all vendors (big and small) all floor plan and corner stand allocation is strictly on a first booked first served basis.Get in early to lock in your preferred spot. No shared stands or branding is permitted, however If you wish to be allocated space next to one of your suppliers or favourite stand we can definitely arrange it!
We're here to help so if you need a specific size stand size, a unique configuration, signage, fitout or furniture advice please reach out. We will do our very best to help you design a stand that meets your specific needs, and fits within your budget. REENGINEERED 2025 FLOOR PLAN
Our vendors are an important part of the ICSA team, WE WORK TOGETHER to make sure ICSA continually grows. We listen when you speak!
There's been some important changes we want to tell you about
The ICSA 2025 footprint has been increased to include a larger number of huge Battle of the Sugar Giants features, they're a huge visitor and media draw card. Due to the additional footprint required by the competition area and the Battle of the Sugar Giants' competitors, we've had to limit the number of vendor stands. This makes sense and benefits every vendor at the show. It means if you have secured a stand at the show, you'll make far more sales.
Not only has the floorplan been tweaked to include far more activities and features designed to attract huge numbers, the floorplan's been reengineered to relocate some vendor stands. Vendor stands that were at the rear of the show have now been relocated so they'll be located in the high visitation zone between the competition area and the Make & Take Mini Class Zone.

New Vendor Market Shopping Hours
Free Show Entry on Friday 4pm - 7pm
Prior to and during the show we have a huge marketing campaign to draw in the crowds during ICSA's normal operational hours, however we've missed a huge market sector which will exclusively benefit our vendors.
ICSA is held in the heart of Brisbane CBD and Brisbane's busy tourism preccinct. More than 1,244,780 people work in Brisbane, of which 60% work full-time and 31% part-time. ICSA is located right next door to Brisbane's major transport hub. We've missed a huge opportunity!
In a nutshell - on Friday show opening hours have been extended from 4pm - 7pm to allow the huge number of people working in the city to pop in to buy from the vendor market on their way home. This extension will also allow students attending workshops at the show more time to buy!
4-7pm on Friday is EXCLUSIVELY YOUR TIME. No other show activities including stage demos will operate during this time.

Media coverage at International Cake Show Australia 2024 was huge. All major TV networks broadcast live from the show including Channel 7, 10, 9 and ABC. Studio 10 broadcasted live from the show every day. For 2025 we've invested in an huge Australia wide & international TV, Radio, Print and social media marketing campaign to draw in huge crowds - you will reap the benefits!
