Three Finalists will be chosen. The winner will be announced at the ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Award Gala Black-Tie Dinner on Saturday 14th May, 2022.
The ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Awards Black Tie Dinner is recognised as the peak event within the cake and cookie decorating industry. Everyone who is ANYONE in our industry will be there! It's a night filled with excitement, anticipation, fun and surprises. Tickets are open to the public! Come mingle with all your sugar crushes, they'll be there and ready to party. On this night we celebrate, acknowledge and reward the rising stars and best of the very best Cake & Cookie Artists, Teachers, Retailers & Industry Partners from across Australasia.

The ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Award for Sugar Flower Artist or Wafer Paper Flower Artist of the Year is to recognise and reward the best of the very best within our industry. This individual will have a unique and creative style, excellent colour coordination and demonstrate strong execution of decorating techniques and skills. They will consistently deliver outstanding sugar or wafer paper flowers. They will be recognised by their peers for having work that stands out above the crowd.
