In this workshop Michelle will be teaching you how to make botanically correct sugar flowers that aren't only breathtaking, but are also photo-realistic. You will be provided with all tools and equipment and be taught step by step how to make a spray of exquisite Lisianthas accompanied with Peony Rose buds at various stages of their growth.

LOCATION: International Cake Show Australia, Brisbane Showgrounds Exhibition Building
Cnr Costin Street & Gregory Terrace, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
LEARNING: Using the most basic tools and ingredients Michelle will teach you how to use cut leaves and petals
OUTCOME: using flower cutters, how to shape and individually wire leaves and petals to give them a realistic shape,
how to realistically colour your work using edible dusts and paste colours. When all elements are completed
you'll learn how tape and wire stems to make them cake safe and how to assemble a beautiful spray.
INCLUSIONS: Ticket price includes 3 day International Cake Show Australia pass. All tools, equipment and
materials supplied. Tea and Coffee provided. Please bring a light lunch, an apron and bottle of water if
required. At the end of the class you will be provided with a cake box to transport your gorgeous work
home to impress your friends and family.
