In this two day workshop she will share here skills and teach you how to make fail proof structure and her gravity defying 75cm Crazy Texan. If you are after WOW POWER this is the workshop for you. It's carved using cake and chocolate. It's unbelievable! Dot is the master mind and creator of many show stopping sugar features. She's one of two cake artists who have recently been recognised world wide at the Cake Masters Magazine Awards for creating the world's best international show piece. She was the designer and co-creator of last year's huge "Barrier Reef Sugar Feature" at the show. It's been featured by the media world-wide! In this workshop you'll not only have fun, you'll be learning from a master!

LEARNING In this fun filled class Dot will teach you how to build and master internal structures. You'll learn how carve
OUTCOME: and model your Texan using edible products including cake, chocolate and modelling chocolate. You'll learn
how to use a wide range of mediums, how to apply colour, how to use an airbrush, how to model facial
features (no moulds are used in this class). At the end of the two days you'll be amazed at how much you've
learned and how far you've come. Not only is this workshop fun, the skills you learn will set you up for life!
INCLUSIONS: Ticket price includes 3 day International Cake Show Australia pass valued at $60. All tools, equipment and
materials supplied. Tea and Coffee provided. Please bring a light lunch, an apron and bottle of water if
