ABOUT THIS AWARD
This GLOBAL AWARD is designed to recognised and celebrate the work of the world's best royal icing artists specialising in cake design. To be nominated for this category in our industry's most coveted awards is a huge achievement. The public, their industry peers and industry leaders have nominated the indiviuals below, as their favourite ROYAL icing cake artists, the artists they believe are the best of the very best worldwide.
You're now invited to vote for the four finalists.
The ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Awards are the highest level of recognition a cake artist or decorator can achieve within the Southern Hemisphere. The four (4) finalists will be chosen based on the combination of the number of public votes they received and the decision of ACADA's panel of multi award winning, high profile, international judging panel.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS
The four successful finalists for this award will be contacted via email, and announced publicly via the ACADA website. Finalist Badges will be available to download from the website once finalists are announced. Prior to a decision being made, the judges will reach out to and request 6 photographs of their best work created over the last 12 months from the shortlisted nominees. A rigorous judging process has been designed to ensure the highest level of integrity of all awards.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER
The winner will be selected based on a combination of public votes and the decision of a team highly acclaimed award-winning industry judges. The winner will be announced at the ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Awards Gala Black-Tie Dinner at Rydges Hotel, Southbank on Saturday night 1st August, 2026.
The ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Awards Black Tie Dinner is recognised as the peak event within the cake and cookie decorating industry. Everyone who is ANYONE in our industry will be there! It's a night filled with excitement, anticipation, fun and surprises. Tickets are open to the public! Celebrity Pastry Chef Adriano Zumbo will be your date, he's your MC and host for the night. Come mingle with all your sugar royalty, they'll be there and ready to party.
Tickets Include: 4 hour beverage package, 3 course silver service dinner, awards presentation and there will be giveaways on the night. Don't forget to dress up, this year's optional dress theme is "Masquerade"
