ABOUT THIS AWARD
The ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Awards are the most coveted awards within our industry in Australasia. You're invited to nominate an individual you feel is worthy of receiving this prestigious award.
Cake Angels makes birthday cakes and other cakes for significant events for seriously ill children. They custom design celebration cakes in a theme that is personalised and meaningful to them. Their innocence and vulnerability make it difficult to comprehend what they are going through. One happy moment which brings a smile to their face, can become their most cherished memory. This award is given to a Cake Angels' Volunteer who has provided exceptional commitment and service to sick children throughout the year.
The recipiant of this award will be a registered Cake Angel member who goes above and beyond to assist the Cake Angels' organisation to achieve their goals.

NOMINATION & VOTING RULES
Anyone may nominate, however your Nominee must reside permanently within Australia, New Zealand or Papua New Guinea. You are only allowed to submit ONE nomination per award category. Any duplicate nominations will be deleted.

5pm on 12th January 2025
ANNOUNCEMENT OF NOMINEES & VOTING PROCESS
Nominee Badges will be available to download from the website.
All nominees for this category will be announced publicly via the ACADA website and social media.
Public voting for the four finalists will commence on 20th January and close on 5th February, 2025. ACADA's team of professional judges will then select the four finalists based on a combination of public vote and the judges scores. All finalists will be announced publicly on the ACADA website and social media sites.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER
The winner will be announced at the ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Awards Gala Black-Tie Dinner at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) South Brisbane on Saturday 12th April, 2025.
