This award is to identify the Large Retailer whose customer service and /or product range stands out above the crowd.
This category is for retailers with more than one store. This category is not applicable to on-line businesses or smaller retailers. This chain of cake decorating supply stores, will have a loyal customer base and will consistently be looking for service or product offerings that will assist their customers grow. They will be proud members of the cake decorating community
