- Nominations are invited for Nominees for the above award
- There is no cost to nominate
- Both you and the team you are nominating must reside permanently within Australia, New Zealand or Papua New Guinea
- You are able to self nominate or nominate others
- You are only allowed to make ONE nomination per award category, duplicate nominations will be deleted
- Nominations are to be made based on work, not based on friendship or personal affiliation
- Nominations for this category will close at 5pm on Sunday 7th April 2019
- Nominees may be contacted and asked to submit three (3) photos of their best work
CRITERIA
This category is to recognise Australasia's most outstanding Pastry Chefs
This award is open to teams of 2-6 professional pastry chefs working within the event, restaurant, baking or associated industries
PRIZE
The winner will receive the "ACADA Australasian Cake Oscar Award for Professional Pastry Chef Masters Collaboration Team of the Year". They will receive significant media exposure and a monetary prize of A$1,000
CRITERIA & NOMINEE'S CHALLENGE
This is an opportunity for your nominees to showcase the standard of their work and business to the world and the tens of thousands of visitors attending International Cake Show Australia in Brisbane between 17-19th May . The winners of this category will receive great media exposure. Nominees are required to pre-make a show stopping cake, sugar or chocolate feature of their choice. This exciting category is designed to stretch boundaries. The exhibit will not be tasted (dummies are permitted)

- Any sweet medium is allowed
- There are no restriction in relation to theme, style, height or design
- Internal supports and dummies are permitted
- The display will be judged on visual impact, innovative ideas and skills used to decorate or create
- Exhibit to be built on a base board or stand of the competitor's choice
- Total exhibit to fit within an area of 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft) or less
- This category will be judged by industry representatives and a panel of high profile pastry chefs.
- Entry must be delivered to International Cake Show Australia at Brisbane Showgrounds Exhibition Building on Wednesday 15th May between 3pm-8pm. Earlier access can be arranged for large exhibits.
